MVC Commercial Partners is a private equity real estate (PERE) investment business focused on buying, improving, stabilizing, and selling distressed commercial real estate.

We are experienced commercial real estate operators and fund managers, and partner with other experienced real estate operators and successful business acceleration platforms and funds (Developers & Managers) who co-invest with us in distressed commercial real estate and commercial real estate redevelopment deals. We are investors; not Managers. Our developer & manager partners must be PROVEN Property Managers (we don’t hire 3rd Party Managers) and they must invest with us so that they have “SKIN IN THE GAME”.

 

Our team has years of expertise buying, improving, developing, stabilizing and selling distressed commercial real estate focused on mom & pop strip malls to large million sq ft malls. We also have significant experience investing in, operating and improving fast growing high tech and main street businesses, and offer our tenants and partners strategic help and hand holding to get them to grow faster and to expand their businesses, which in turn can help us increase the value of our real estate investments.

 

Our business acceleration platform partners, and our unique and proven tenant and partner relationship and acquisition strategies provide significant upside potential, that have been proven to deliver above average PE types of returns, while being securitized by stable real estate assets and our tenants and partners cashflow and business operations.
